All Husky Stadium ceremony participants must be attired in the appropriate apparel as outlined below.
All apparel is provided by Oak Hall and must be ordered via the registration/order form, at this website, between May 3 and May 23.
Bachelor's: (black gown emblazened with the UW Seal, mortarboard, degree colored tassel)
Purchase price: $39.95
Master’s: (black master’s gown, mortarboard, black tassel, degree-colored hood)
Purchase price: $55.95
Doctoral: (purple gown and tam, gold tassel, purple and gold hood)
Rental price: $65.95. (Graduates wishing to purchase their Ph.D. regalia can contact Oak Hall directly at 1-800-223-0429).
Candidates who wish to purchase doctoral apparel should still complete the web registration/order form to purchase parking or to participate in the main Ceremony, but may purchase apparel by calling Oak Hall at 1-800-223-0429.

If you are a Professional degree candidate and wish to purchase any part of your academic regalia, please see the Oak Hall representative when you pick up or drop off your rental order.
When completing the registration/order form, candidates will choose one of the following days to pick up their apparel. Dates are available on a first-come, first served basis. Please come on your chosen day:

Students who are no longer in the Seattle area will be directed via the registration/order form to specific pick up times closer to the date of the ceremony.
A third party may pick up your academic attire provided they have the following:
A signed copy of your web receipt authorizing [third-party name] to pick up your order
Photo ID of self
Rented doctoral apparel must be returned to Oak Hall at the HUB during the following hours or you will be billed for the full purchase price of the regalia.

Refunds for apparel or parking will be granted on cancellations on or before May 23 by completing the Refund Form. Refunds after this date will be reviewed on an individual basis. No refunds will be processed after pick-up begins June 2.
